1   USAGE RIGHTS

1.1 You grant Loqbox the right to use your video for an unlimited period subject to the payment terms below

1.2 You grant Loqbox the right to use your video on our website and on social media channels including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Linkedin.

1.3 You grant Loqbox the right to use your video alone and in combination with our own videos and videos submitted by other content creators.

1.4 Unless agreed with Loqbox in writing in advance, you will not otherwise refer to any of the ads created without our prior written approval and will not alter, adapt or edit ads in any way unless expressly authorised to do so. All intellectual property rights in the final ads shall remain the property of the Loqbox. You shall not obtain any rights in the ads and all goodwill in such Brand Materials will accrue to the benefit of Loqbox.

2   SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS 

2.1 To submit a video you must be an active Full or Lite member of Loqbox

2.2 All submission videos are subject to a selection process. If your video is chosen, a member of our team will reach out to you via the email address you provided during submission.

3 PAYMENT

3.1 If Loqbox selects your video for our ads, we will arrange with you and make a payment to you of £250.

4 CONFIDENTIALITY

4.1 Neither party shall disclose the content of these terms and conditions, any communication between both parties, the marketing or business plans of the Brand or the details of Consideration, or any confidential information of the other party (“Confidential Information”) to any third party. This obligation shall survive termination of this Agreement.

4.2 Confidential Information shall not include information which is in the public domain or which is required to be disclosed by law.

5  DATA PROTECTION

5.1 By submitting your video, you agree to Loqbox holding and processing your personal data in line with the UK data privacy legislation and regulations in connection with the Campaign.

We use a third party platform, Uploadcare, for you to share your content with us, however your videos are not stored on their platform. This platform allows us to preserve the quality and file size of the videos.
