Loqbox Winter Campaign Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

This promotional draw is held by Loqbox Technology UK Limited Registered address: Henleaze Business Centre, Henleaze, Bristol BS9 4PN (“Loqbox”). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entry and participation in the Loqbox Giveaway ("Giveaway"). By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Notice and our Cookie Policy.

In addition, entrants specifically agree to be bound by the Terms as set out below and by any other requirements set out in any promotional material accompanying the promotion.

2. Eligibility

Entry to the Giveaway is subject to the criteria outlined below. Entrants must comply with the requirements set for their current Loqbox Membership status  and meet the specific conditions outlined for their category during the “Campaign Period” (2nd December 2024 and 2nd February 2025).

2.1. Website Visitors

To qualify for 1 entry in the Giveaway:

The individual must sign up for a Lite or Full membership during the competition period.

‍

2.2. Existing Active Lite Members

To qualify for 10 entries in the Giveaway:

The individual must upgrade their membership to Full during the campaign period.

‍Upgrades to Full membership are not available to all members — please check in your Members' Area to see if you are able to upgrade.

‍

2.3. Existing Active Full Members Without a Bolt-On

To qualify for 10 entries in the Giveaway:

The individual must purchase a Bolt-On (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) during the campaign period.

‍

2.4. Existing Active Full Members With a Bronze or Silver Bolt-On

To qualify for 10 entries in the Giveaway:

The individual must upgrade their Bolt-On to at least the next tier during the campaign period.

‍

2.5. Existing Active Full Members With a Gold Bolt-On & an Active Save

To qualify for 1 entry in the Giveaway:

The individual must refer one person using the ‘refer a friend’ function during the campaign period. Multiple entries can be secured through additional referrals.

‍

3. General Rules

The Giveaway is open to individuals who are residents of the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or Isle of Man  and aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Entries are only valid if all specified criteria are met.

Membership statuses and payment cycles will be verified by Loqbox.

Incomplete or invalid entries will be disqualified.

4. Campaign Period

The competition period is midnight 2nd December 2024 to midnight 3rd February 2025.

‍

5. Prizes and Winner Selection

There is one prize available in this Giveaway, with a total value of £1,000 (the "Prize").

‍

The prize draw will take place on Monday 3rd March 2025. All entries must be in accordance with the Terms. There will be one winner, selected at random.

‍

The prize-winner will be required to provide proof of age.

‍

‍The prize-winner will be notified in writing via email within 2 weeks of the draw date. If a prize-winner fails to respond to claim their prize within 14 days of receipt of the notification, Loqbox shall be entitled to select an alternative prize-winner. In such circumstances Loqbox shall notify the alternative prize-winner within 28 days of the closing date of the draw.

‍The prize-winner will receive their prize within 6 weeks of notification unless otherwise specified on the Loqbox Website.

‍

Loqbox's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

‍

‍Loqbox shall use and take care of any personal data you supply to it as described in its Privacy Notice, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the  draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information by us in order to process and contact you about your free draw entry, and for the purposes outlined in these Terms.

By entering this promotion, you agree to be contacted from time to time by Loqbox about the prize draw.

‍

‍Loqbox will not be liable if a prize does not reach a prize-winner for any reason outside the control of Loqbox.

‍

‍Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable.

‍

6. Additional Terms

Loqbox reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice and/or to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value

Loqbox’s decision on any matters related to the Giveaway is final and binding.

‍

The Giveaway is not open to employees of Loqbox (and any companies within the group) and their immediate families, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.

‍

By entering the promotion, the winner(s) consent(s) to any publicity generated as a result of the promotion, and the use of such publicity on the Loqbox Website at any time.

‍

The Loqbox standard terms and conditions also apply and are not affected in any way by this offer.

‍

‍Where relevant, all taxes, insurances, and other expenses are, unless otherwise specifically stated, the sole responsibility of the prize-winners.

‍

‍Other than for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of Loqbox, Loqbox hereby excludes (so far as is permitted by law) all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with any promotion or any aspect of the prize .

‍The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
