Responsibilities:
- Use Blueshift to build engaging, personalised automated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, in-app and push
- Build and deploy broadcast campaigns aligned with the Loqbox marketing calendar
- Build communication journeys to best support our members during their lifecycle
- Create dynamic personalisation using Liquid
- Build and manage customer segmentation to support effective delivery of personalised multi-channel messaging
- Develop predictive scoring to determine and exploit member propensity to complete various conversion and retention actions
- Support the Lifecycle and Retention Manager with the implementation of our customer retention strategy; owning tangible projects and clear deliverables to improve our customer experience and hit our revenue targets
- Analyse campaign results and customer data to optimise performance
- Support teams across the business through planning, implementation and management of CRM campaigns as required.
Who we’re looking for:
- CRM marketing experience, with a focus on mobile app and email marketing
- Proven experience with Blueshift or similar CRM/CXP platforms
- Previous experience creating personalisation via Liquid would be advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Excel in a fast-paced environment, with a strong desire for experimentation
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience in customer segmentation, database marketing, and campaign management
- A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
