Responsibilities:

  • Use Blueshift to build engaging, personalised automated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, in-app and push
  • Build and deploy broadcast campaigns aligned with the Loqbox marketing calendar
  • Build communication journeys to best support our members during their lifecycle
  • Create dynamic personalisation using Liquid
  • Build and manage customer segmentation to support effective delivery of personalised multi-channel messaging
  • Develop predictive scoring to determine and exploit member propensity to complete various conversion and retention actions
  • Support the Lifecycle and Retention Manager with the implementation of our customer retention strategy; owning tangible projects and clear deliverables to improve our customer experience and hit our revenue targets
  • Analyse campaign results and customer data to optimise performance
  • Support teams across the business through planning, implementation and management of CRM campaigns as required.

Who we’re looking for:

  • CRM marketing experience, with a focus on mobile app and email marketing
  • Proven experience with Blueshift or similar CRM/CXP platforms
  • Previous experience creating personalisation via Liquid would be advantageous 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment, with a strong desire for experimentation
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience in customer segmentation, database marketing, and campaign management
  • A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
