Feedback Survey - £100 Amazon Gift Card Monthly Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions
This prize draw is only open to those in the UK aged 18 and older. To enter the prize draw you need to be or have been a Loqbox customer since April 1st 2020. You must also have fully completed the ‘Loqbox Feedback Survey’ to take part in the prize draw.
The prize draw will take place on 15th of every month or nearest working day. One winner will be drawn at random for those who completed the survey in the previous month. The winner must meet all entry criteria as specified above.
We will send a private message to the winner via email once the prize draw has closed and a winner has been selected. The winner will have 14 days to claim their prize, which they can do by replying to our message.
The email address is required so that we can send your prize to you. If the winner does not claim their prize within 14 days, a new winner will be randomly selected.
By completing the survey you have full knowledge that Loqbox is picking a winner at random. Loqbox customers do not have to take the survey or take part in the prize draw if they do not wish to. We are not affiliated with Amazon.
